Rinde took part in a panel on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 in Center City Philadelphia on “Current Issues in Stormwater Regulations” for Lorman Education Services. Rinde’s portion focused specifically on Pennsylvania’s stormwater regulations from a land development perspective, including the process of obtaining National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (“NPDES”) coverage for discharges of stormwater from construction activities as well as enforcement of and compliance with stormwater permits.
