His presentation is part of the American Law Institute-American Bar Association course on Environmental Law that will run February 1-3, 2012 at the Washington Plaza Hotel in Washington, DC.  Fox will address recent appellate decisions under the federal superfund law dealing with cost recovery, apportionment, declaratory relief and responding to unilateral orders.

Fox has over twenty-five years of experience providing compliance counseling for business and industry regarding hazardous and municipal waste regulations, Superfund matters, water regulation, and storage tank issues; assisting with the environmental aspects of corporate and real estate transactions and real property development, including brownfields redevelopment and wetlands, stormwater, and sewer capacity permitting; and litigating environmental matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.  He is the managing partner of MGKF and is also a Thomas A. O’Boyle adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. He currently serves as Chairman of the Lower Merion Township Zoning Board.
